Christopher Carr, President of C2E2 Strategies, is a former senior legal advisor for the World Bank and environmental lawyer and climate practice group co-chair at a major international law firm, Vinson & Elkins. Having focused on climate change, environmental and energy issues in Washington for 20 years, Chris has advised a wide range of clients including energy producers, utility companies, financial institutions, other industrial and private corporations, and NGOs.
Chris has served as the Chair of the Climate Change and Sustainable Development Committee of the American Bar Association, and he currently serves as a Vice Chair of that committee. He is a graduate of the Columbia University School of Law and Brown University.
